Author of Successful Selling for Introverts, Tom Murphy inspires entrepreneurs, sales people and professionals with sales responsibility to use their knowledge and customer-friendly personalities to acquire new business and build strong, on-going relationships with new customers. Tom’s unique program grew out of his vast experience in business-to-business and consumer sales, advertising and marketing with large, international firms such as Deloitte and Touche and Emerson Electric as well as small to medium sized firms.  He has worked for advertising agencies, manufacturers, small businesses and as an entrepreneur himself.
